Every professional on this directory has been independently checked against the relevant regulatory register before their listing goes live. Here is exactly what we verify.
Professional registration
We check the applicant's membership number against the public register of their regulatory body — RICS, RPSA, FCA, SRA, CLC, IStructE, or ICE. We confirm the registration is current and in good standing.
Regulatory body registration
We cross-reference the applicant's membership or registration number against the public register of their regulatory body — RICS, RPSA, FCA, SRA, CLC, IStructE, ICE, or the relevant body for their profession. We confirm the registration is current and in good standing.
Business identity
Where the professional operates as a limited company, we cross-reference their Companies House registration number to confirm the business is active and the applicant is a registered director or officer.
Document review
Applicants upload supporting documents — practising certificates, FCA confirmation letters, membership certificates, and insurance schedules. Our team reviews each document for authenticity and currency.
Annual re-verification
Verification is not a one-time event. We re-check every listing annually to ensure registrations remain current and insurance has not lapsed.
